Physical Therapy That Comes to Your Door
Bryan Bigham, PT, DPT, MHA has been a licensed physical therapist since 2006. He treats adults in their own homes across Denton County and Wise County, plus telehealth anywhere in Texas. You get one therapist every visit. He brings the equipment. You never sit in a waiting room.
What Bryan Treats

Balance and Falls
Unsteadiness, holding the furniture, near misses, or a fall you never want to repeat. Bryan scores your fall risk and trains balance where you actually walk.

Walking and Gait
Slow, uneven, or painful walking. Work on mechanics, endurance, and safe use of a cane or walker.

Post-Operative Recovery
Knee and hip replacements, shoulder repairs, and back surgery. Recovery at home with no painful drive to a clinic.

Strength Loss
Getting up from a chair, climbing stairs, carrying groceries. Strength work that protects your independence.
05.
Joint and Back Pain
Hip, knee, shoulder, and low back pain. Hands-on treatment plus a short home program that fits your day.
06.
Home Safety Review
Bryan looks at your rugs, lighting, stairs, and bathroom while he is standing in them, then tells you what to change first.
07.
Getting Back Out
Confidence to drive, shop, garden, and travel again after an illness, a hospital stay, or a long stretch on the couch.
08.
Telehealth Follow-Ups
Progress checks, coaching, and program updates by video. Family can join the call. Available anywhere in Texas.
How Visits Work
01.
Initial Evaluation and Treatment
60 minutes in your home. Bryan tests strength, balance, and movement, treats you the same day, and gives you a plan with a number of visits. $160.
02.
Follow-Up Visit
45 to 50 minutes in your home. Hands-on treatment, progress checks, and updates to your home program. $140.
03.
Telehealth Visit
30 to 45 minutes by video, anywhere in Texas. Good for follow-ups, coaching, and keeping progress going between in-home visits. $95.
04.
Travel and Service Area
Based in Justin. Travel within 15 miles is included. 15 to 30 miles adds $25. Beyond 30 miles adds $50. Justin, Denton, Argyle, Flower Mound, Roanoke, Northlake, Ponder, Decatur, Bridgeport, and Boyd.
