About
I'm Bryan Bigham. I Help Older Adults Move Safely Again.
I have been a licensed physical therapist since 2006. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy at Hardin-Simmons University and later a Master’s in Healthcare Administration at Trinity University.
I have worked just about every side of this field. Staff therapist in a hospital. Manager of a $4 million rehab and wellness center. Director of a rehab department with 12 therapists. Executive director of two skilled nursing facilities, one of which I helped take to a 5-star rating. I have treated people in their homes through home health and in skilled nursing for most of those years.
Here is what all of that taught me. By the time someone lands in a nursing facility after a fall, the warning signs were there months earlier. The rug that slides. The step with no rail. The chair that is too low to get out of. You cannot see those from a gym across town.
Bigham Mobility is my own practice, based in Justin and serving Denton County and Wise County. I see every patient myself. No rotating staff, no aides, no handoffs. If you call, you get me.
My goal is to get you steady and then get out of your way. Care is a short series of visits with a real end point, and I will tell you at the evaluation about how many it should take.
