Simple, Posted Pricing
You know the cost before Bryan knocks on the door. Payment is due at the visit. Cash, check, and all major cards accepted.
Initial evaluation and treatment, in home (60 minutes): $160
Follow-up visit, in home (45 to 50 minutes): $140
Telehealth visit (30 to 45 minutes): $95
Travel within 15 miles of Justin is included. 15 to 30 miles adds $25. Beyond 30 miles adds $50.
Medicare: Bryan is self-pay today. He is in the process of applying to be credentialed with Medicare. This page will be updated as soon as that is approved.
Packages
01.
Fall Prevention Reset, $825
Initial evaluation plus 5 follow-up visits, a home hazard review, and a written home program. Usually 2 visits a week, then weekly. You save $135 over booking the same visits one at a time.
02.
Telehealth 4-Pack, $340
Four telehealth sessions for follow-up, coaching, and progress checks between in-home visits, or for patients anywhere else in Texas. That is $85 a session.
03.
Mobility Maintenance, $260 a month
Two in-home visits a month for people who are steady and want to stay that way. Month to month, cancel any time.
04.
Single Visits
Prefer to go one visit at a time? That works. $160 for the evaluation, $140 per visit after that. No package, no commitment.
